When should you torque suspension components on a vehicle when replacing them, with the tires in the air or on the ground? Meaning with the suspension unloaded (in the air) or loaded (vehicle on the ground) ???

I don't know for sure, but I would say on the ground, but.....is your front end clunking now? Did you replace tension struts?

Another big clunker is the sway bar bushing. Very easy to swap and a cheap part so can't hurt to start there if you're not sure.
