On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best how much better and louder was it over stock?

I don't have it but people say that its expensive but well worth it, its suppose to have great sound and power gains. Heck it better since there the most expensive ones that I have seen so far.

Thats hard to answer because IMHO louder doesn't mean better, the Corsa is louder than stock at idle and normal driving and a lot louder at WOT.

For the SRT's--They sound great, but as far as power gains...I have heard from several from the Dodge guys that they really don't produce much. This is what I have heard. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

For what I wanted its a 10. But I wanted something mild at idle and normal driving but loud at WOT! It is exactly what I wanted, louder than stock, not obnoxious but crazy loud at WOT! If you get the chance to hear different exhausts people have done, take advantage of the opportunity. It'll help you make a decision and give you real world sound not web clips..

By dodge guys do you mean dealership techs and such or srt people.. I wouldn't listen to service people concerning any performance mod, good or bad. Especially if none of them even own an SRT8. Just do a search on all the wounderful info to come out of the mouths of dealership employees....

Mine R/T came with teh R&T Package so the exhaust was slightly better to begin with.

I would give it an 8 or 9. Would be 7-8 if i had the base RT. The only problem is gas mileage...mine went down because i kept gunning it to hear how great it sounded - still do 9 months later

what he said...
corsa is not the loudest from what has been writen. it is wicked loud at wot. ideal is acceptable. I have about 25K on mine and have notice the idle to become a little louder and less of a "tuned sound" from when I got it. I bet that is to be expected with any catback

I don't want the loudest which is why I chose Corsa and know it is the right choice for me just not sure how much better it sounds over stock. My GM Borla exhaust was night and day over my stock exhaust on my vette but I did long tube headers at the same time, not going that route on the Charger just some visual stuff, rims and exhaust and enjoy the ride.

Funny...I was thinking about doing Corsas as well (past Corvette guy here too). TByrne has some sound clips of different exhaust options for the Chargers. Haven't listened to them yet...plan on doing that when I get home tonight. So...are you missing your Vette? Sad to say, I am not missing mine much.

Mine is still sitting in the driveway. I have done nothing with it and I don't drive it in the last year i haven't put 2000 miles on it so i won't miss it. Can't wait for the Super Bee to arrive.

When I say 'dodge guys...I meant the SRT team. I don not trust any of the "dodge techs"...and never will. But, I will admit, I do need to do research before opening my carburetor.

From stock, idle not louder, just a richer tone. WOT, its got a mean growl. A young lady I met with last night, who is a car buff, said "WOW.....I didn't know chargers can sound like that".
