My 2013 charger does have the hemi engine has been sitting in this cold weather for at least a month. Charged the battery up, Started the car up and this flashing lighting bolt comes on the dashboard. U can put the car in drive and reverse, push on the gas pedal but get no power with the vehicle running, just this flashing lighting bolt

Hi there, the flashing lighting bolt is related to your electronic throttle control system. If you have a code reader check for any related codes. It may just be a glitch from sitting and clearing the codes may reset the system.

Could be your battery voltage got too low at some point. I know if I disconnect my TB at the plug it has to relearn.
