The bandautomotive dot com link is a bad link in the vendors sig. I thought this was a free service? Going to the links wants you to pay. No big deal but as I said, maybe I'm missing the links that are "free"????

I've suspected my '14 Charger SXT Plus was a rental vehicle, to date, I haven't dug deep enough to find out anything with certainty, yet. No prevention in my case, I've had it a year & a half. Her 106k miles was a little daunting & the warranty had just died. She got under my skin, immediately, I couldn't force myself to say no if I tried. She's been great. You have three recalls due on the car,
First sign of history I can find is oil change at Bob Lanphere's Newberg Jeep Ram at 20K miles
Build Sheet mentions Phoenix AZ as the sales Zone, but shipped to Oregon Codes. So looks like she started life in Oregon.
However, I do not see any "fleet" sales codes that may allude to not being a rental. Not saying it isn't but I feel chances are good.

Pretty clear that whatever unusual history this car may have had was accumulated in the first three years and 85,000 miles.
Only a grand total of three service records in the first 50,000 miles, and has been pointed out by CE9311, none at all for the first 20,000. The last bit is what would make me suspect that it's a former rental.
Sold in Arizona but delivered elsewhere would be consistent with service as an Enterprise rental or lease unit. They have a huge regional headquarters in Phoenix.
Rental agencies often perform all their own maintenance in-house, which would explain why there are no service records for the first 20k. Of course, it could be that a private owner performed all their own maintenance, but in my experience, with brand-new cars, that's more common in the higher trim levels like an R/T or SRT than it is with an SXT. It could also have been serviced at a local shop which doesn't link to data aggregators like Carfax.
Delivered in Oregon, serviced in Oregon, then California, New Jersey, Texas, Jersey again, Georgia, then California again, where it seems to have stayed for a while.
If only that car could talk.

Has anyone used their insurance company for a history report. My agent has done that for me cost free the last time I purchased a used car. Many years ago. Not sure other peoples insurance do that but it might be another resource with a simple call to them.

Now it's very simple to find a vehicle history report. Before purchasing any used car just used Vin Decoder service as by using VIN decoder service ,You can find the number of previous owners, vehicle specifications, title records, accident records, odometer readings, service and maintenance history, theft records, recalls, insurance records and more.
