I'm runnin KOOKS longtube headers with catless mid pipe with QTP low profile cutouts and they are freaking amazing. I set off car alarms crusin through the parking lot. One of the best mods ever!

Get the headers first cuz if you put the cuouts on your exhaust now you will have to get them cut off and may possibly have to buy new connecting pipes for the cutouts. plus it'd be cheaper, pay for headers, pay to install, pay for cutouts, pay for install.
Cutouts first- pay for cutouts, pay install, pay for headers, pay install, pay to get cutouts removed and installed on the new mids
