First problem - I have a Flowmaster exhaust and there is a rattle at certain rpm's. I had it at the dealership to be serviced and told them I thought a weld came undone because I was hearing this rattle. They looked into it and said something was loose in the passenger side muffler and I would need to get a new system to resolve this. Is there anyway to take care of this without spending a bunch of money?

Second problem - My brakes are squeaking loudly. I have tried everything (new pads ceramic and regular, new rotors) I let them get worn in and it is still really loud. I have taken my wheels off several time trying to figure this out, but can't find the problem. I am to the point now where I never drive with my windows down because I hate the sound. Any ideas?

So between the two of these my car sounds awful. I used to love the sound of the car and cruising with my windows down, but now I am just embarrassed and annoyed with it. Please help! Thank you!

Try removing the tunnel cross brace, dog bone shaped thing with 4 nuts. If that solves it, the exhaust needs to be raised a bit. Not hard to do.

Yes, baffles have been know to break loose inside of flowmasters...

You can only replace the muffler... Unless you have a weld shop.

Flowmaster warranty? They will only replace the muffler, no labor.

I think they are too big to shake out.

Just the muffler can be replaced. No need to do the whole system.
