I saw this today and thought it was interesting.
Please pardon the Blackberry quality photo taken from a (slowly) moving vehicle. It is hard to tell from this pic but those are ECU Tiger stripes in orange section of the paint. I don't know how much of it is paint or vinyl. I will try to get a pic from a regular camera soon and update this post.
