why dont you explain what the noise sounds like.

if its only in bumps, its suspension related

if it happens during turning, id look at your wheel bearing.

---

the explanation doesnt make sense... it happens when yout hit bumps, while braking, not when you hit bumps?

help me help you

I'm guessing the tie-rod.

I may have something similar. I just recently had the tie rods replaced so the
clunking when I go over speed bumps etc is gone. Now though when I drive over
rough pavement (not to rough, just some cracks etc..) I get a lot of noise from the
drivers side wheel. Metallic in nature, like something is loose, doesn't happen when
the brakes are applied. I asked the Service manager about it but got the old
"can't recreate the problem" which I think is bs because it happens everytime I
hit little cracks or lumps in the road.

Similar to your problem?
