Hey guys any ideas as to why my SRT downshifts really hard ,if I'm going 50/60mph - 0 it's hard and if I'm going any faster than that then slowing down its even harder ?

When was the last time you had the tranny fluid and filter changed?

Bout 4-5 weeks ago at the dealer ,so I don't think it can be that ,and cause I've only driven like 400 miles since I got the fluid and filter changed

Did it start before or after the fluid change? and how many miles were on it when it was done?

Could be the fluid level is incorrect after the servicing.
