Been thinking about looking for an LED license plate lamp since the '15s came out, glad I stumbled across this thread! One question, on the LED license plate lamp; which color is closest to what the OEM '15s+(and other new Chryslers in general) use? Pure white?

I personally prefer the 5000K Pure white option myself, it's the most OEM+ color temperature:

How are headlight output patterns measured at the factory level? How do you test to see if a headlight is meeting SAE and DOT beam pattern requirements? Here at Diode Dynamics, we've invested in a goniometer to accurately measure and map the entire beam pattern and ensure our products are adding light output without adding extra glare.

For Charger headlights, is all you have are the swap in rgbw chips for the DRLs?
Several guys in my Mopar club have replaced the factory DRL with these crazy LED setups that can do almost any kind of pattern or sequence.

Our Dodge Charger Multicolor LED Boards are CAD-designed for a direct drop-in replacement for the factory units. Just remove the original boards, and ours will fit directly in place with correct alignment.
We've provided installation videos for you below depending on the year of your Dodge Charger. Check them out!

You answered my question John. Thank you.
Your DRL boards can change colors with affects, but it is single color change.
To stay competitive in the marketplace you guys might want to step up your game a little.
