Differect Hemi HP Numbers

1623 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  RonRacer
In the new Dodge Magazine they say:

Durango = 335 HP 5.7L Hemi
Charger = 340 HP 5.7L Hemi
Ram Daytona = 345 HP 5.7L Hemi
Charger Daytona = 350 HP 5.7L Hemi

Can anyone explain why the different HP numbers for the same motor? Lets not forget that the SRT Hemi group uses the 425 HP 6.1L Hemi, but thats a different topic.

The Trucks/SUVs get thier HPs dailed down for more hauling capabilities than top speed.
