Has anyone added a footrest/dead pedal to their car? I have a 2008 Charger R/T and with how I drive my foot has essentially ripped the carpet out. I've heard some of the newer models have a foot rest but mine doesn't and I was wondering if anyone's had any experience adding one. If you have, how hard is it to install? What pedal did you use? If I'm going to get the carpet fixed I'd like to look at adding one so that the problem doesn't happen again.

They kind of have one...I have seen a big flat pedal added though I don't know where it came from:
