Is there anyway to activate daytime running lights on an 09RT without going to the dealer?

Blue, maybe I'm missing something here, but I have a 09 R/T and my light settings are Auto/Off/Running Lights/On. Isn't the 3rd option what you're looking for?

I was told that the dealer can turn on the highbeam lamps as a daytime running light like GM has.

3rd option is parking lights, not daytime running lights (high beams on reduced brightness).
