Maybe someone can help me out. I notice the dashboard reacts slow when a button is pressed or a function is changed. For example when I change the air from hot to cold, its still hot for a long time before it changes. Or when I change it from feet to the dash setting, it takes a long time to change from feet to dash. Also when I put it on recycle setting and turn it off, the air still comes in the vent like its not recycleing. When I say a long time I mean about 10 to 15 seconds. Anybody else have a issue like this?

Meh. 10 seconds isn't a long time. Modern cars use air pressure to move deflectors to change what's routed where. So after you change a setting it takes a few seconds for the baffles to move, changing routing. Then to takes a few seconds for blown air to pass through the new path. I'd say that yeah, in the general realm of 10 seconds isn't unusual.
