So I bought an HID conversion kit for my 2018 Charger. Wasn't really sure whether I'd like it or not. Called them and said that, and was assured that there would be no screwing around if I decided to return it.
Well... Received the kit, and did a temporary install. Unfortunately, it just didn't do it for me. Nothing wrong with the hardware. It worked fine, light output was good, etc. Just not what I was hoping for in that car.
Called them up to do an RMA. A few questions about why. No hard sell about keeping it, or anything. They emailed a prepaid label, I mailed it. Today they issued my refund. Just like they said. No problems.
