Custom sub lime shift knob done!!

Took longer than it should have, but I finally finished my shift sub lime shift knob!! DIY project that cost me $15 + paint

Very sweet! and for $15 the best shifter on the marke.....errrrr... out there!
Thanks.. Actually, it was not that bad. If I was more patient with paint drying, whole job would have been about 1 hr work. I found the knob at Pep-Boys, and painted with touch up paint. Wet sanded with 2000 grit, and polished. Match is perfect for the Daytona interior

Yep - Just paint, clearcoat and wet sand (2000 grit), then polish. I don't know the exact brand, it was an OEM they had at pepboys. I searched ebay and saw several cool types, but didn't feel like waiting for it to ship.
