My charger creaks when I turn the steering wheel to the left and right. it's coming from the drivers front left side. What could this problem be?

Most likely one of the bushings...you'll have to put the front up on jack stands then start moving bits n pieces of the suspension to see if anything is loose.
My wife's PT Cruiser has a nasty groan on right turns and it is the strut and strut bearing both being shot.

It's probably the upper ball joints.
