Hi all,
I've heard of others connecting their phones to their cars but the care were newer than my 2006 six so they have the USB access and bluetooth.

I'm looking for a device that I can connect my iphone5 to my car's satellite bus port. I've been looking only Ebay but I don't have any idea of the quality of these devices.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated!!!

I have an ISCH73 adapter by Isimple, works great with Ipod touch and Iphone 4s but not sure if the 5 will still work with an adapter

Just go to your local car stereo guy he will put the auxiliary box in with iPod cable of your choice like I did
Box was 199 and install was 40. Bucks . It's worth every penny the Uconnect and iPhone work perfect!
Together . Next I'm going to get a bigger amp .

I also have the ISCH73 adapter by Isimple that I installed in my 06 (I have the 6-CD/cassete/SAT/DVD unit, and the adapter gets plugged into the DVD channel), and yes, the iPhone 5 adapter works just fine on the end of the adapter wire.

Remove radio bezel, 4 screws to remove, pull out REC, unplug harness, plug in Ispimple, plug OEM harness into other end of Isimple, run cables (I put Ipod in glovebox and 3.5mm out into tray in front of ashtray) done

Thanks, how long should instalation take 15-20 min?

I took like 30 mins but that was because I always like to clean things while they are apart, areas like the sides of the bezel that you just can't get to when everything is in place
