Anyone here emptied out their oem cats? if so did you get any cel? any improvement in throttle response?

When I was installing my headers I was tempted to empty out the cats but I did not know if I would get cel.

just so everyone knows , if you do empty out your cats, sell the insides. Some of those metals are worth hundreds of dollars. Do not trash the insides
