An all purpose cleaner like Meguair's D101 would easily take that off using 1:10 dilution ratio.
If that isn't easily accessible to you, any over the counter all purpose cleaner will work, Simple Green but with a weak dilution ratio. Also, a quick detailer would work just as well.
