If you keep getting a "chime" and the light keeps coming back on, have it checked out. Otherwise, probably just a glitch.

You can pull that plug and check its condition, it wouldn't be a bad idea to pull them all and check all of them. How many miles are on that set of plugs?

Also I'd clear the code off and watch for/if it comes back

How would I clear the code? Disconnect the battery? Not sure how many miles on the plugs. I ve put about 7000km on the car since I got it....

Don't worry about clearing the codes, as long as the CEL light remains off after a few drive cycles.

And the 3.5 V6 goes for 100K between plug change. They are platinum.

Every once in a while, my wife's liberty gets that exact code. Goes away for a long time, and pops its head once or twice. Never got it checked and it clears itself up.

By "clear the code", do people mean to clear the check engine light?
Three obvious routes I might consider:
(1) Dealer. If it's under warranty, why not stop by the dealer anyway?
(2) Some programmers offer this feature, I think?
(3) Pull fuse 11 out briefly. See if the CEL comes back on next time; if so, go to the dealer.

Of course, options (2) and (3) are at your own risk. :)

Doh! I meant fuse 14...
And remember to beware of all advice on the internet.:)
