I have a 2007 charger rt8, I am trying to figure out if the Brembo brake system from the srt8 charger will fit right on without any modificatios. If there is any one out there who had the cojones to do this swap please let me know.. thanks

I'm assuming you have an R/T Charger (I guess the "8" was a typo). The swap's a bolt-in deal, so-to-speak. But, to do the swap, you'll need front and rear suspension spindles, brake rotors, calipers, pads, misc hardware (bolts, nuts, clips, etc) and possibly wheel hubs and brake lines, too. I'm not sure what differences there may be between the R/T and SRT8, in the ABS/Traction control systems, either. You would probably have to deal with a salvage supplier to get everything you need. Cleveland Pick-A-Part sometimes has deals on complete packages..

yes its been done on the other forum . You have to replace everything from the spindle on out.
Spindle, calipers, pads, rotors, modify rear brake dust shield blah blah blah.

I have done the swap to SRT8 brembo brakes and am very happy. I got my set through Pick A Part and you will need basically what everyone has already mentioned. I did stop tech stainless brake cables at the same time. Brembo Gran Turismo is a whole other level of brakes. I would love the 8 piston fronts, but they are very expensive and a lot take priority over that. Maybe someday, but a stroker will be before that.
