Hey guys, a couple months ago I bought a pair of HID+Halo headlights from Trendgear off of eBay. I heard that this isn't a good idea but at $200 for the pair with everything included I thought what the heck and decided to go for it. The headlights were made by Spyder automotive and I ended up regretting the purchase because my local shop charged me near $500 for the install. They look good but the Halo's are weak and you cannot see them unless it's nighttime. Its one of those Looks good but works bad type of products. I thought about sending my stock halogens in to the guys at AAC to get the job done right but I really like the look of the HID bulb on my new headlights in the headlight housing. I was wondering If I were to buy the original Charger HID headlights from the 2009-10 R/T and SRT8 models will it fit and work on my '10 SXT without any extensive modding? If They can work on my SXT I would just buy a pair of the Charger HID headlights and have them sent to AAC for the Halo add.*

try that to get you started.....and damn thats one expensive set of headlights you got. you paid almost $700 for lights and install? thats pretty crazy.
Yea unfortunately I did and 2 days ago the pos ballast on my passenger side HID went out (they sent me a bad ballast for the passenger side and then replaced it with this one which worked when it wanted to work). I found a different shop that will install 8K halos on my stock headlights and fogs for $475 do I think I'll do that even though I love the look of the Bulbs on the HID kit.

I'll have to, Im always worried that I'll mess something up and screw up my car. Idk I might just buy a new ballast for my headlight because The guys that quoted me $475 for the halos now changed their price to $475 labor+$400 parts. I swear you cannot get anything done in middle georgia without being ripped off.
