Disconnect the wiring connector to the Throttle body and inspect for corrosion.
If it is corroded, clean and repair as appropriate. Check operation afterward and see vehicle will start and if codes are still active.
Inspect the butterfly valve on the throttle body. If it is dirty, then clean with a soft cloth and some isopropyl alcohol. Verify that it has free and easy movement and does not stick or chatter on opening and closing. Check operation afterward and see if vehicle will start and if codes are still active.
If those are fine, then you need to replace the throttle body.
