I was wondering if it was possible if I could put a 2011-2014 charger steering wheel, radio, and the speedometer into a 2006-2010 charger. Would it fit and how hard would it be wiring wise?

Very difficult I would say.

Could you bolt the wheel in? Most likely. Would the airbag wire in/work properly? Iffy at best. Everything else would most likely not function correctly unless you intend to swap in the ENTIRE electrical system from a donor car.
