Just wondering if i could use someone elses diablo tuner for my car obviously if its in the supported vehicle list. Just wasn't sure if it locks to one vehicle or not. If not anyone in Hawaii have one that i could "rent"?
can a diablo tuner be used for multiple vehicles?

It depends on the model. Most are designed to support one vehicle at a time but others can support multiple vehicles.
The real issue is that you need the tuner to store the stock tune and modify the installed one. I think you would be better off purchasing your own.
