Baer introduces the ALL NEW Pro Plus brake systems featuring our brand new 6P 6 piston calipers and 14" slotted, drilled and zinc washed, 2 piece rotors. The 6P calipers employ the same pad as is original equipment on Corvette C5 and C6 applications. This high performance pad style is available in almost limitless compounds ranging from basic dust-free street use to full race than that of any other pad.

Utilizing the same technology often only found in competition motorsport brake systems costing thousands more, Baer has created one of the most powerful brake systems for the money ever offered! With features like internal cross-over tubes, standard powder coated finishes in Red, Black or Silver, and slotted, drilled and zinc washed rotors in 14" diameters, the NEW Pro Plus brake system is sure to look as good as it performs! Systems contain all necessary mounting brackets and hardware, and even come with stainless steel braided hoses. All components meet DOT specifications and are street legal in all 50 states.

Designed to fit most factory or popular aftermarket 17" or larger wheels. To verify fit in any wheel, please download our brake template to check your wheel for clearance. Note: Baer recommends that you check any wheel at any diameter for clearance as wheel center designs also have an effect on caliper clearance. Our rear kits also come with 14" 2-piece rotors and will work with your existing parking brake "drum in hat" configuration. (Note: Rear calipers are physically the same externally, but feature smaller diameter pistons for proper system balance.)

Damn...that is a good price. I take it these are not monoblocks, but 2 peice calipers? If i did not already have an SRT i would be all over this! After looking at the pics they look like monoblocks.....if thats the case then the price is almost to good to be true!

Not only that, but Baer has an excellent reputation. Another thing to make sure to notice is that the pads for these calipers are the same as C5 and C6 Corvette, one of the most widely available pad on the planet. So getting replacements will be cheap, fast, and easy, and you have choices in just about every friction line that exists. So not only is it economical now, but will continue to be for years down the road.

If I didn't have front pair of Wilwood W6A's sitting in a box in the garage I'd be all over this set.

My Dad has Baer Calipers on his Lingenfelter TT Vette, and they stop on a dime!

Sorry, I am waiting on 100% confirmation from my Baer rep and am not ignoring your question. I would have posted earlier, but usually he gets back to me quickly. Maybe he was off on Friday. I should know tomorrow (Monday).

They are 2-piece. Unless you are racing for big money, I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference. I am an HPDE instructor and even at high track speeds in a lightweight track car that I run, I still can't tell between a stiff 2-piece and a monoblock. :)
