I have the BMC Interceptor kit without the hood. I like it, not bad pieces structurally. body shop said they were not bad.

Agreed. I think the best thing is to just change the front clip to an srt and change the hood, do a deep dish grill and front lip spoiler. At least until danko comes out with a wide body kit like the '06-'10. Danko has the best stuff for chargers, but it ain't cheap and it's most of its "made to order", so it takes awhile to get. You get what you pay for.

SRTs are sharp in the front... I started to go that route but it feels like almost putting a srt emblem on it. Not near as bad but just feels similar for me. That said they are sharp.

I totally understand. I would never do a clone job and slap srt badges on something that isn't. You're just begging to get your feelings hurt when I real srt pulls up next to you and you can't compete. And every mopar guy would call you out in a heartbeat. That being said, the front clip just looks so damn good. The subtle changes between the two front ends make a huge difference overall. I plan on doing the swap myself because of my specific setup. Header orange r/t, blacktop edition, with the black roof. Having the srt clip painted to match with the black bar connecting the upper and lower grill is just too good to resist. Throw in a danko grill, sniper hood and some pins. Sex on wheels.

IlI have a srt and I've been eyeballing the hot wheels front cover just because those massive grill opening should really push a lot of air to the brakes, and fluid coolers

I Have an SRT hood on it because I didnt want to put a fiberglass one on,
and since I have Scat Pack 1 kit I wanted a litte more air flow. I do agree you should never up badge ..
