Hi Everyone,

I've applied the most recent Uconnect update to my 16 Scat Pack Charger, and there still is a difference in volume between the radio and Bluetooth. Has anyone found a fix for this? I've recently upgraded the speakers with Kappa Components, Kicker Amps, and added a 3Sixty.3 for tuning. Overall, the upgrades sound good, but I am severely disappointed in the Bluetooth output.

Thanks,

Chris L.

There's always been a difference for me, even when the volume is a the way up on my phone, or a few years ago my iPad. I usually keep the radio volume between 12-17, when I have Bluetooth on for music from my phone I keep it between 22-28.

It also depends on your source material. If you are downloading MP3s, don't expect a high quality recording.
Try to find FLAC files. They have less issues with quality and loss.
Also, it depends on the original recording.

The volume on my phone is good. It's just I can hear a noticeable difference in loudness going from Bluetooth to XM radio at the same level.
