What do they stand for? F Body, B Body..............
I was trying to figure this out, but I thought I would ask so that I know for sure. Thanks in advance everyone!

Just internal designations by automakers of different chassis types, regardless of what particular skin that car might wear under a different diviion name. "Twins under the skin"

Firebird/Camaro are the "F-bodies" "B-Body" is an old Mopar type. "LX", is the internal name for the chassis that is under the 300/Charger/Magnum.

My old GLHS, for instance, was what Dodge called "L-bodies", which incorporated both the Chargers, and the Omni's, and the Shadow/Sundance cars were the "P-bodies".

Thanks...is it correct that the Mustang is also called an F-Body

I think the older (80's, 90's) was on the fox platform, not sure what
they call the new one. If I'm wrong I'm sure some one here knows.

Right, the 80s Mustangs were "fox bodies". Later editions, the ones that started I think in what, 94, began the "SN95" platform, I think.
