so, a couple times last week i saw a black charger coming towards me down lawyers road and today i caught a black one going down hunter mill in reston. not sure if its the same car or not but damn, its mighty pretty.

the charger looks so good in black. it almost makes me want to buy it in that color but the last 3 cars ive owned have been black and i want a little change of pace.

- I would guess that you are planning to buy a Charger --
- If so, hopefully you will get the chance to see one in Midnight Blue - That's the color I ended up with and it looks great - it maybe a good alternative to black.

- Up on the Dodge site, it's hard to get a good idea of how the colors really look.
- So, maybe these Linked pictures of my Midnight Blue Charger will give you a better idea of what that color looks like on the Charger. NOTE: The pictures were taken with a "crappy" disposable camera.

yeah, im planning on buying one, assuming i can release the deathgrip i have on the keys to my current ride. its my baby but im sick of the never ending barrage of repairs and 10 miles per gallon running on strictly premium.

as for colors, i have yet to see the blue in person but you're right, the dodge website doesnt really do any color any justice. i saw the magnesium at the dealership when i test drove one a few weeks ago and really liked it. and i see a magnum in the area quite a bit in that color and it looks really good. i do like the blue ones ive seen on this website though, just gotta come across one in person.

I initially planned on getting one.

Then I realized the Hemi isn't much more money, and doesn't get that bad mileage, and I bought a house a mile from my job, so it's a no-brainer.

yeah i definetly want the hemi, just wondering if anyone on this board owns the car. haha after a 14 hour day at work, i dont post so clearly. either way, that car was cleeeeeeeeeeeeeen lookin.

actually, now that i think about it, it had a chrome grill, but i swear i saw an sxt badge on the rear...do those come with the chrome grills too or is it just the r/t?

and why the hell does it have the chrome grill anyway, the body color grill is the way to go

The SXT looks identical to an R/T. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference, save for the HEMI badge behind the wheels and on the trunk lid.

Good question! The black on black on the SRT-8 is just BADASS, and the SE comes with body-color, but the R/T and SXT are chrome.

I am picking up my SXT tomorrow, Yes it is Black. I can't wait. I wanted a Hemmi but for the price I couldn't walk away. Plus my insurance agent would be happy also! LOL I live in Bristow VA, the Manassas area, looking forward to joining the forums and getting togeather with some of you NOVA folks!
