Couldn't find a list of cars currently equipped with Event Data Recorder "black boxes". Maybe they're in all cars now but I didn't think that was the case. Anyone know if the Charger is "black box" equipped? Thanks

Yep and can only be acessed if there is an actual impact to the car.

Yep, and quite honestly, I'm okay with them. SO far, AFAIK,they have only been used to prove guilt in cases where the driver was clearly culpable of criminal stupidity leading to death, like 90 in a neigborhood, 50 around a snowy corner posted for 40 clear and dry, that kinda stuff
