FYI,
I think I have pretty much solved most of the vibration issues that most get with their 20" factory wheels. Its really does not matter what type of balancer you get the wheels balanced on. I have tried wheel flange plates that most garages and dealers may not use because of the cost. It seems the real issue is how the wheel is actually mounted on the balancer. Since our wheels are hub centric this is a huge issue. Since I used the plates, I would say that 98% of my vibration is gone. At high speeds a get a little, but normal cruising speeds its perfect. I had the shake since day 1 and had the dealer rebalance, but still no good. Where I work I really could not mount the wheel properly so that is why I brought to dealer. 2 Weeks later my Hunter rep came in and I explained the problem. He let me try the plates. Now I own them. If your in the CT, western MA area. I can tell you where to go if you still have this problem.
