How hard is it to swapout the speakers.........and do the BA speakers sound better then the stock SE speakers?

I swapped in Kicker's for my BA's and it wasn't to bad.
Doing the rear deck took the longest but with some tips
from CF it went pretty easy. I've never heard the stock
SE system but I gotta believe these are better. Maybe
some one whose swapped could chime in.
