I have the CD/MP3 player with cassette player and was wondering if anyone has successfully found a solution to add the auxiliary input adapter to the back of this radio. If so, please list the company name, part number, and price.

Thanks,
Brandon

Chrysler has an REF base CD radio, with aux inputs on the front of the radio, to plug an iPod into. You will still have to control the iPod thru the iPod controls, but it will play thru the vehicle speaker system. No ETA yet, but part number is set up in the system, so it shouldn't be long. MSRP is $425. This will be the only radio to have these inputs. They will not be on the 6 disc CD (RAQ), Nav (REC) or CD/Cassette combo (RAK).

Here is another option

PAC ISCH73 iPod® / iPhone® Interface Module with Plug-n-Play Harness for Select Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep vehicles

FEATURES:

Plug-and-play installation maintains factory wiring integrity
Direct iPod connection to factory radio for maximum sound quality and track control
Dedicated aux (RCA) input - for use with a multitude with of auxiliary audio sources
Inputs selectable from the factory radio

COMPATIBILITY NOTES:

Compatible with REC, RAQ and RAK radio models. Not compatible with REF radio models. The model number is indicated on the face of the radio.
If the vehicle is equipped with a rear seat entertainment system (RSE), it must be disconnected. The audio from the RSE will no longer play through the factory radio*, but the video and wireless headphones will still function normally. *If you are an experienced installer you can retain the RSE audio, please see the Tech Brief section to the right..
RSE does NOT operate in retained accessory power (RAP) mode. The radio will automatically switch from the ISCH73 to tuner mode during RAP
