Thanks! I cant check now but if i do need an update, how do i upload?
No problem! To update, you'll need to download the software upgrade from the website that I previously posted onto the UConnect-compatible storage device of your choice (e.g., SD or USB), then plug that device in in your vehicle and it should prompt you to begin the update, then the update should take care of itself.

Good luck with getting the software update. The download process at the Uconnect site posted by DodgeCares is notoriously difficult to use with most browers, and it installs a peer-to-peer file sharing service (Akami Netsession Client) that runs in the background of your computer forever until you find it and manually uninstall it yourself. I have no earthly idea why they don't simply provide a normal file download link like every other normal website...

It's unlikely that this will take care of your Bluetooth issue, but there's no harm in upgrading -assuming you're able to actually able to download it in the first place!

I think that some of the hands-free modules in the cars are kind of flaky. If you're having trouble with it, it's more likely that it should be replaced. When you've got a good one, it should perform flawlessly. If you've got a bad one, it can occasionally loose connection or stop working entirely.
