So I'm thinking about getting those aeroforce interceptor gauges.....but I'm wondering if the dealer will lay an egg if they find something plugged into the OBD port next time I take it in for service....or have a problem. Anyone have an experience they could share?

The gauge doesn't do anything but read...but you know how stupid some people are. Well, not stupid...just channeling their jealousy into something else....anyway...I digress.

There's nothing they can do, it's only a monitoring device and does not change anything about the car.

I had them for my GTO and the ONLY thing they can change is clearing trouble codes. Other than that, they just read the computer output.

They are nice, but one word of caution, the heat from direct sunlight with the windows up will cause the displays to wash out until they cool down. Real pain in the summer when the car sits. I made a small "blanket" out of 4 black wash cloths sewn together that I covered my center gauge pod with and I did help.
