Aftermarket. Not sure on offset. They are Hipnotic Joker 20x8.5 wheels.
In order to know if the wheels risk rubbing you either need to test fit or calculate the clearance using the wheel offset.

If they do rub, you will simply need to add hub centric spacers to bring them out enough to clear (assuming the offset isn't too severe).

On a 2011+, the ball joint bolt is approximately .5" above the tread of a 245/45 tire. A 245/50 tire is about 1" greater diameter than a 245/45, which would put it very close to the end of that bolt. I think you'd need a fairly large spacer to move the tire out far enough to completely avoid interference. And that may result in a problem with the fender (also depending on your offset).
