Haven't used this much in the last few years so it's time for it to move onto a new home -

2001 Chaparral SSi bowrider (23'). It has only been used for 137 hours. That's actually the reason that I'm selling, not enough time to enjoy it more than a few times a year. It is powered by an 8.1L Mercruiser engine that is rated at 385hp. It propels the boat to a top speed of about 60 MPH at 4800 RPMs. Fuel tank capacity is 72 gallons.

Features include - SSi convenience package (Woodgrain tilt wheel, depth sounder and compass), Bow filler cushions, swim platform with ladder, snap-in carpet, starboard wiper, compass, Quick and Quick exhaust (nice feature!), galvanized anchor, rear table, JVC stereo with CD, porta-potti, bow ice chest, galley with sink, faucet, ice chest and pressurized water, storage in the bow area, walk thru stow away bow door, walk thru transom, trim tabs and a color coordinated canvas package.

You can get into the bidding or But It Now for $26,995. More pictures and info can be seen at -

Happy bidding!

Nice looking Chap, I just bought an '07 180ssi (I had a limited beam of 7.5'), couldn't find a decent used available, all of the ones I looked at were trashed. Your's looks great, too big for my needs. If you have any insight with Chaparral, please PM me, so far so good. Best of luck on the move.

I've owned two Chaparrals and have been very happy with them. The first was either a 19 or 21' with the 5.0 motor. I had that for 2 years to see if I liked boating then I ordered the 23'. The brand is rated pretty high and everyone else that I talked to liked theirs too. Thing is, I haven't had the time to use it as much as I wanted to over the last few years. I'm probably going to get a 30'+ cruiser that sleeps 6+ next year. That will stay in the water and will probably be the party boat. I have a bunch of friends with those. The boats don't go out much but they're always on them during the Summer. Just a relaxing place to hang out.

I'll let Grandma keep her Studebaker.... for now. But when she's not looking.... BAM! That thing will be on eBay so fast, it will make her teeth fall out! :)
