i was curious if anyone has tried these on their Charger? i was curious if the Fontana 20's would fit on the SRT8 because i on Tirerack.com they aren't listed under the SRT but they ARE 20 inch wheels. so shouldnt they fit?

Depends, if the backspacing is enough to clear the brembo's then they should fit, I have forgotten what the proper backspace is for SRT8's, but I'm sure it's on here somewhere.

"offset" is the correct term to look for when trying to find wheels. It is the distance offset between the centre of the hub and the centre of the wheel. I think 15-20 is good for normal chargers, not sure of value required for SRT

Offset is just another way of looking at the same thing. To say offset is the correct term is a bit of a stretch. Still, neither measurement alone is adequate to determine if a particular wheel will clear the calipers. That measurement would be from the center hub out to the inside edge of the spokes relative to where the calipers sit. Thus, the reason you still may need to use spacers on certain wheels and not on others even with the same offset / backspacing.

Here's a good illustration of my point...

The offset of a wheel is the measurement from the center line of the wheel to the wheels mounting pad measured in millimeters. Backspacing is the measurement from the wheels mounting surface to the back edge of the wheel, usually measured in inches.
