Ok wow,
I went past one of the dealerships near me and saw a brand new 392 B5 Blue Daytona. Man I felt some things in my stomach. What a trim package , what a color, damn it has the wheels I love etc. I felt all kinda of ways about it.

And then I also saw a 2023 Challenger 1320 in Octane Red. Both of which are basically my favorite choices out of the Dodge line. I love the 1320 and Octane Red might be my overall favorite Dodge color. I can see myself Polishing it to perfection and ceramic coating to a mirror finish. Man that's the color I want to polish and the 1320 is the car I probably should have purchased when they were under 60k.

I love my car. I parked it near them and my car is ceramic coated and I took it out today and it was raining. I plan on washing it tomorrow and it had some pollen on it anyway so I don't usually drive it in the rain but honesty it was a treat as the DWS06 Plus tires are brilliant in the rain. They are remarkable tires and I'm glad to got them. My shine was so much better than all the Hellcats and Scat packs they had on the lot. And my car is 2 years old and looks better then the new ones , I love it.

Lastly I saw another vehicle that started turning my stomach, it was a White Knuckle 392 SRT Durango. Those who know me inn here know I hold a very special place in my heart for the Durango. It was such a great vehicle and I wish I could afford to buy another one and keep both my Chargers to. My wife needs to hit the lottery as I would like to take all 3 vehicles home. I should have snapped a few pics.

Octane Red is nice, was never a fan of the B5. You used to see tons of B5 Chargers back around 2015/16, not so much anymore though.
Oh yes, that looks like it. Look how awesome that is

Yeah I don't see many at all B5 Charger or Challengers for that matter. I catch them at car shows but other than that, it's pretty rare .

I love B5 blue, being an owner of an R/T. That was one of the specfic colors I was looking for when shopping.

I agree, B5 is a great color.

I miss the Jazz Blue that I had on my 15, it was just different enough.

The build sheet called it Contusion Blue Pearlcoat, but the sticker called it Jazz Blue.

I think the build sheet might update automatically to the new name when you run it today. From 2015 to 2016 it was Jazz Blue, the new tough guy colors and renamings happened for 2017.

Makes sense. I didn’t care what they called it, too bad they did away with it. When the sun hit it you could really see the metallic flake.

The B5 is a great color too, does it have a real name? That’s not Frostbite, is it?

I found it… Blue Pearl

Yeah, it's almost strange. I think B5 was THE color to have back then. I think I'd see more B5 cars back then than black or white ones. Now, I couldn't tell you the last time I've seen one. I'm sure the majority of those B5 2015s and 2016s still exist...so whered they go? Lol.

I also don't see many Go Mangos anymore either.

Now that you mentioned it, GO Mango is a super rare color around here. Most Challengers and Chargers around me are White, Black , Indigo Blue , and it seems the F8 green is growing.

B5 is the actual color name. Frostbite replaced B5 Blue in 2020. Now in 2023 , B5 Blue is back along with a few other older colors like Sublime Green and Plum Crazy Purple.

I'd say around here black is the most seen color, then white. I do also see quite a bit of the PCP, octane, and F8.

Black is pretty much the top Charger/Challenger color..I remember a post some years back where the guy was whining after he bought his black car that now all the cars he sees are black, oops, bought a black car thinking it would be rare? Come on man!

You know what color I go nuts for when I see one... Maximum Steel... very rare and I think it looks great! Don't get me wrong I love Granite, it is a classic color that's been around for so many model years. Maximum Steel when it is clean and shiny is awesome... really dark can look black or Granite at times.

I love the high impact colors but I'd never buy one to drive myself!

Same. I like the Sublime, Torred, Go Mango, and PCP, but not for me.
I’d have to say my favorite is probably destroyer grey
I can’t say that I have a favorite. I really like several and dislike several.

I don’t want to list them at risk of offending someone that may have/love one of them.
Frostbite overall might be my favorite color. I also like White a lot.
Two great colors! Just took this.
