Yes traded in my 2016 Charger for a 2017 Chrysler 300S and I’m having the same issue.
Purchased the vehicle on 12/31 and have been calling Sirius XM Guardian for the past three weeks. Each time I call I get the same response that my ticket has been sent to a technician, no estimated time frame on when to expect it to be resolved and for a technician to call, and they will compensate me on the back end. I’ve asked to speak with some in the IT department and was told they don’t take calls.
Very frustrated with this new system for not being able to use all of my features and their lack of response to this issue.
