Is anyone with a 2017 experiencing problems registering for SiriusXM Guardian online that replaced Uconnect Access? I have the app on my phone but I am not able to register or access anything from the online website with my account. I read a forum online that many other are experiencing the same issues. It’s very frustrating when calling them because it’s the same thing every time…explain the problem to them (eight times now), they talk to you like you’re an idiot and once they realize there really is a problem with no solution, they promise a call back but do not return the call. I’ve spoken with eight (8) reps at the SiriusXM Guard phone # since Friday and not one person has been able to help. They do recognize there is a problem, but they have no idea how to fix it. The last person I spoke with hardly spoke English and had no idea what I was saying. Who can I reach out to who can actually do something and help me? I’d like to get my account set-up so I can utilize it. Anyone?? Thanks.
