So I found some factory projector headlights on a 13' R/T at a junk yard. No frontal damage on the car. Was wondering if anyone without projectors has done the swap? What all is need to have a successful swap?

Do they have the silver square boxes screwed into the side that say high voltage and are branded Osram? They're the HID ballasts... you'll need those. Apart from that, as long as the harnesses connect for power, you should be good to go. I can't say if the power connections on the headlight assembly are the same or not between halogen and HID because I haven't seen.
