I wouldn't be doing 0-60 tests on a cold engine! Wait for temps to get up to make sure you have proper lubrication.
I know my old BMW E30 M3 used to have specific guidelines on this. I think it had to reach 140 degrees before you were supposed to excede 4,000 RPM (with a 8,000 RPM redline). And these cars made almost no power below 4K.
