Hi Folks,

I explained to my wife that she needs to take ALL street transitions (including the dip in front of our driveway) at an angle in our 2006 Charger SRT8 to avoid damaging the front bumper cover. Today, she reminded me that 90 degrees IS an angle ... I need to be more specific I guess ... I also need to replace the bumper cover which she nearly tore in two backing straight out of our driveway.

There are an array of OEM and Aftermarket covers from $100 - $1800 ... can anyone recommend one that won't break the bank and that is good quality and fit? It's hard to tell quality from the online descriptions, and many suck you in with "Fits SRT8" but then say "All EXCEPT SRT8" in the fine print. I'm probably going to have to change this a few times so a cheap but reasonable quality bumper cover is what I am seeking.

Any experience out there ?

Thanks

Always buy urethane only, never duraflex. The OEM ones are made of urethane. You can buy used OEM ones for around $800 or new aftermarket urethane ones for $400-700. Of course, paint etc is additional

Here's a good urethane one for $400...
