Hey guys,

So I'm about to order my Viper Reps and I need some help deciding on what tire set up to go with. I'm going with the 20 inch Vipers staggered (20x9 and 20x10). I drive a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T with a stock wheel and tire set up (225/60/18 all around.) I plan on lowering the car about 2 inches in the future with coils and I'm also into road coarse racing so I'm looking for a set up that looks good visually but also performs well in terms of a balance of grip and speed. Not looking to roll my fenders right now either. Below are a few set ups that have been recommended to me. I'm not a tire expert so I don't know how exactly the numbers translate other than Overall Diameter affecting speed.

The set up that Factory Reproductions recommended was 255/45/20 up front and 295/40/20 in the back.

Some friends of mine recommended 265/35/20 up front and 295/30/20 in the back.

Another friend of mine recommended 275/40/20 up front and 295/40/20 in the rear.

Any tire gurus that can help me out? Also, if anyone has any pictures of their 20 inch Viper Wheel set ups, feel free to post!

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: Here are 4 set ups that I've narrowed down thanks to suggestions by others. All are within a +-2% diameter difference from my stock set up:

Tire option 1:
275/40/20 front
295/40/20 rear

Tire option 2:
275/40/20 front
295/35/20 rear

Tire option 3:
275/40/20 front
305/35/20 rear

Tire option 4:
275/40/20 front
315/35/20 rear

Thoughts? I know I will need to roll my fenders for option 3 and 4. Also, I keep getting a lot of recommendations for 275/40/20 up front. Is it possible to run those up front on an R/T without rolling the fenders or making any other adjustments?

i would say 275/40/20 and 295/40/20. if you going to autocross it more grip up front.
here is mine with 275/40/20 all around on viper wheels

Looks great man! So the fronts fit fine? No rubbing or anything? I want to see what the 295/40/20 looks like...I don't want the rears to look like off roading tires! haha
