2 Mopar Cold Air Intakes - Which One?

Ever since I purchased my cat back exhaust shortly after I bought my car, I've had it in mind that I would like to add a cold air intake as well. It's taken me several years, but I'm finally getting around to actually purchasing one. I'd like to go with a Mopar CAI because I like the look and I enjoy keeping with factory modifications as much as possible.

When I stopped by my local dealership I was given part numbers for 2 cold air intakes that supposedly would fit my 2010 Charger R/T. The first part number is 77060003AC, for $350, and the second is 77070029, for $370. I'm now trying to research the differences to see what advantages they have over each other, and find out if these both would truly fit my car. The only thing I've learned so far is that the 77070029 CAI is longer than the other one.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to which cold air intake I should pick? Any information about the differences between these two parts would be greatly appreciated!

Generally a CAI with long tube will produce more torque in the mid range compared to short ones.

Go with whichever one looks better in your engine bay. A CAI won't do much performance wise.

The longer one (77070029) gets the filter down much lower and so will pick up less of the underhood heat...it is also on sale all over the internet for a much better price than your dealer:

So it seems the performance of a CAI with a longer tube should be a better than one with a shorter tube. If that is the case, then that is the direction that I am leaning now. However, my concern now is the fitment of the longer tube CAI. Preferably I'd like to see pictures of both of them installed on a Charger so I could get an idea of what I would be in for. When I first researched CAI's at the dealership, I was told that the shorter one was the one meant for the Charger, and the longer one was listed as being for the Challenger. It concerns me that the longer CAI (77070029) was not listed for the Charger. And I've not found anything on the internet that would make me think the longer CAI is intended for my Charger either.

Do any of you have pics of these CAI's installed on your Charger that you could share? If you have installed either of these on your cars, can you share your experience of how well it fit?

Having the extra performance would be nice, but first and foremost I want to make sure it will actually fit my car.
