What's up guys... Quick question... I know i have the 2.7 so im not looking for monster results, but i thought i'd ask ...
Im contemplating buying the K&N Cold Air Intake for my car ...
1) Will it void the dodge warranty?
2) What are the pros and cons (both performance wise And engine/mechanical wise) of dropping the CAI in?

Ohhh okay, i got the 2.7L last year as a high school graduation gift... I know there isnt much power, and the engine is just way too weak to withstand any extra HP adding mods ... So i figured a cold air intake would atleast give me a few hp / a better sound

I put one of the eBay intakes on my 2.7. Cheap, gives a nice deep sound and easy to install. It not worth spending the extra cash for a brand name.

Uhhhhhh I saw increased throttle response, fuel economy, and gave my acceleration a deeper sound....so.....


To the OP, I would suggest a 3G Customz Big Bully CAI. Its inexpensive, provides results, and you will enjoy it. About the warranty, no it will not. Dodge has to prove that the warranty problem was caused by your aftermarket part.
