Will the rims from 1st Gen charger fit the 2nd?

Also do I need tpms sensors?
For example I don't need sensors for my 2009 bmw 335.

Ya, it will, I put 2008 SRT rims on my 2013, fit fine, but as said above, the TPMS isn't compatable for some reason
